At Jowell Elementary, we give our Jaguars many opportunities to develop leadership skills. One leadership opportunity we have is the ability to be a class Student Reporter. All of our Jaguars were given the opportunity to sign up to be a Student Reporter at the beginning of the school year. At the beginning of the week, the Jaguar Student Reporter is given a folder with a question for each day and instructions to answer the question in a complete sentence, keeping an eye toward a capital letter at the beginning and punctuation at the end. The folder is turned in at the end of the week and the Student Reporter becomes a published author on our website! Usually, we post these reports once a week; however, our district websites have been undergoing a facelift and we've saved some reports to ensure that they won't be lost when the content migrates to the new platform. We know our Jaguar Jamboree has been waiting for a month or so to get new reports, so let's get to it!

that she is married.

What challenged you today?
The gym, because we were playing Knock out which was relly relly challenging but I still tried.

What would you have changed about lunch today to make it better?
By giving everybody a ice cream cup with ice cream in it and cookies.

What made you curious today?
our field trip, because I was curious at how the actors planned there actions.

What was the nicest thing that happened today?
It was when we were in the gym because we were playing a funny game where you had to whisper the peroson beind you something.
